306 this week.  It's really not that bad considering that I haven't been able to run for the last week because of the weather and the pain in my ankle.  Really I was expecting to go up in weight instead of down.  The really good news is that in 3 days will be the shortest day of the year and soon I won't have to run in the dark anymore.  I'm really looking forward to it.

Yes I'm down to 307 this week.  It really does feel good to be down, but at the same time I know that I could have been lower if my ankle hasn't been acting up like it has.  I went out for 3 runs in the last week and I have been in pain for the rest.   I really want this problem to go away.

Classes are over

Yes classes are over for the term.  I'm so happy this term is done.  I go one final left and then I only need 6 more classes to graduate!  I really hope the economy will be better by then. 

To celebrate, last night I went and saw the new muppet movie.  I loved the movie but the whole movie felt a little bit rushed.  It seemed like there was so many scenes that flashed by so fast, that I didn't have a chance to digest it.  And then there were the celeberties that most just appear, say a word or two and then you never see them again.  The whole thing was just weird.  I think a blogger said it best when he said "I want the lord of the rings version dvd."  I can't agree more.

Finally running again

In case you were wondering, I finally got back into running after taking a couple weeks off due to spending some time with my family for Thanksgiving and this last week studying for the end of the school term.

It really does feel great to be running again even though it's hard to go out in the cold and dark.  The other day I went to a running store to buy some more cold weather gear.  I have discovered that if I wear something over my face, that the warm air allows me to run farther.  I guess my body was wasting too much energy keeping my body warm for the first mile that I'm tired out by the third.

The dark on the other hand is another problem.  I really hate running in the dark, but for this time of year, I have to choose, either the darkness or do what I did last year and take a 2 1/2 month break.  Right now after taking 2 1/2 months off due to my ankle injury, I would rather run.  I really want to be under 300 pounds soon.

309 again

Yes my weight is still at 309.  I can give a bunch of excuses but that just what they are.  This weekend I should have the time to run.
